Quikchat.me is a browser-based video calling service intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using Quikchat.me, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use Quikchat.me.

1. Eligibility and use

Quikchat.me is for adults 18 and older. You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights and privacy of others. An age confirmation is a self-declaration, not identity verification.

2. Acceptable conduct

Do not use Quikchat.me for harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful sexual content, nonconsensual sharing of intimate material, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity. Content involving sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is prohibited.

3. Privacy and moderation

Conversations on Quikchat.me are moderated for safety. To protect users and investigate abuse, Quikchat.me may collect public IP addresses, browser and device information, connection timestamps, room identifiers, and session information. Technical identifiers may be used to detect abuse and enforce restrictions, but cannot reliably identify a person or prevent every attempt to evade a ban.

4. Disclosure to authorities

Quikchat.me may preserve or disclose relevant technical records to law enforcement or other competent authorities where required by valid legal process, or where otherwise permitted by law to address a serious safety threat. Quikchat.me does not routinely provide access to private calls.

5. Retention and security

Information may be kept as necessary for security, legal compliance, and operations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Enforcement

Quikchat.me may end rooms, restrict sessions or access, and block IP addresses or other technical identifiers in response to suspected abuse. Restrictions may be temporary or permanent and may be reviewed.

7. Availability and responsibility

Quikchat.me is provided on an as-available basis. Service interruptions and technical failures may occur. You are responsible for protecting your room invitation and for complying with applicable privacy and communications laws.

8. Intellectual property

Quikchat.me owns its original software, branding and design. Participants retain their rights in their own content, subject to the permissions necessary to operate the service and perform lawful moderation.

9. Changes and applicable rights

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or privacy rights under applicable law.
